vl999 Responsible Gaming — Your Protection Is Our First Priority
vl999 believes gaming should be enjoyable and safe. We provide all the tools and support you need to build healthy gaming habits — because your protection is our goal.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be a great source of entertainment — but it stays enjoyable only when you play in a controlled and mindful way. vl999 is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for players in Bangladesh.
Responsible gaming means treating play as entertainment, not as a way to earn money. Set a fixed budget for each session, decide on a time limit, and never increase your bets on impulse. vl999 is always ready to stand by your side and make this experience easy and safe.
Our platform offers several effective tools — such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out — to help you play responsibly. Only players aged 21 or above are allowed to play at vl999.

Age Verification (21+)
Only users aged 21 or above may open an account and play at vl999. Proof of age must be submitted during account verification.

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once the limit is set, any deposit above that amount will be automatically blocked.

If you feel you need a break, temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.

Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, please seek support. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of awareness.
- Feeling a repeated urge to play in order to recover losses
- Spending more money than your set budget
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
- Playing by taking on debt or drawing from savings
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Trying to stop gaming but failing to do so
Build Healthy Gaming Habits
Set Your Budget in Advance
Before each session, decide the maximum amount you will spend. Once that amount is gone, stop — regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
Stick to Time Limits
Instead of playing for long stretches at a time, take regular breaks. Set an alarm on your phone to remind you.
Treat Gaming as Entertainment
Gaming is not a guaranteed way to earn money. Think of it as entertainment — like watching a film or enjoying a cricket match.
How to Activate Self-Exclusion?
You can activate self-exclusion yourself by following a few simple steps, or you can request our support team to do it for you.
